UK

UK Tracked - This service is delivered by Royal Mail and is sent on a tracked 24 service by default, Royal Mail aim to deliver these within 24 hours but this in not guaranteed so this service has a delivery time of 1-4 working days. The processing time will be determined by volume of orders but we aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them between Monday & Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following week.

UK Shipping Next Day - This is delivered by DPD, all orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday will be delivered the following day. If ordered after 2pm on a Friday this will be delivered on the following Monday/Tuesday

Click & Collect (SHEFFIELD HQ) - This service can be used to collect your order directly from our Sheffield Warehouse, Once you have ordered you will be emailed with further instructions.The processing time will be determined by volume of orders but we aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them between Monday & Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following week.

International

Standard Tracked - This service is a postal service and will be delivered by your local post office. Certain countries will impose their own customs & duty fee's. The delivery time on these parcels vary based on your country, please click here for estimations. The processing time will be determined by volume of orders but we aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them between Monday & Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following week.

Express Shipping - This service is delivered DHL. Certain countries will impose their own customs & duty fee's. The delivery time on these parcels vary based on your country but are much quicker than using the postal service. please click here for estimations. The processing time will be determined by volume of orders but we aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them between Monday & Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following week.

Tracked (ALL IMPORT TAX PAID) - This service is delivered to you by the local courier service in your country. This means you are able to track your order multiple times throughout a shipment. On this service there will be no extra duties or customs fee's as this is paid by us to the shipment company. The time frame for these orders been delivered may vary please click here for estimations. The processing time will be determined by volume of orders but we aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them between Monday & Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following week.

Customs Information

Deliveries outside of the United Kingdom may incur custom charges. We cannot predict what these might be so please contact your local customs office to find out more. These fees are paid to the local carrier not Drop Dead Clothing LTD. All international orders may be subject to tax and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are separate from any delivery fees.

Please note, for hygiene reasons mask's and underwear cannot be returned.

If you would like to return an item for a refund or exchange then you can do so by filling out the returns form you received with your order and enclosing it with your item and sending to the following address:

Please note: this is not a pre-paid label and it is the customer's responsibility to pay for any return postage costs.

Post your item back to us & we will refund the cost of your item or send you out your new size/item based on which you choose.

Please note: the item you are returning should be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Our customer service team will be in contact once your item has been received back to us and undergone the necessary checks.

You can log into your account to track all of your orders, We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of us receiving them apart from public holidays. If your order has gone over the 48 hour period please check that the products you have ordered are not listed as pre orders, this will be listed in the product description as well as showing pre order instead of add to cart.
