HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will need your tracking number from your email confirmation we have sent you. You can use this number to track your order via the relevant courier websites:
I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM/ORDER
Please contact our Customer Care Team here or use the the chat tab. Include your order number and our Customer Care team will be very happy to put this right for you.
CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?
You will need to contact us immediately after placing the order and we will do everything we can to amend your order. We are sorry but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your order. We generally process all orders within 1-6 hours and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
RETURNING MY ORDER - UK
You can refund or exchange items that you are not happy with within 28 days. You will be sent a returns label with your order, alternatively print your free Royal Mail returns label here (UK only)
Please note: the item you are returning should be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Dead Twisted Sauces and some jewellery is non returnable, this will be stated on the product page.
To refund or exchange your item(s) just follow the steps below:
- Fill out the returns and exchange form that came with the order. Please indicate if you would like an exchange or a refund.
- Mail the item(s) to our Returns Department using the free Royal Mail returns label here
- Once we receive the package we will deal with your request for an exchange or refund and we will keep you up-dated via email on the progress.
RETURNING MY ORDER - REST OF WORLD
Overseas customers are allowed up to 45 days for us to receive the item back to allow for delivery time back to our warehouse.
Please note: the item you are returning should be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
Some jewellery is non returnable, this will be stated on the product. To refund or exchange your item(s) just follow the steps below:
- Fill out the returns and exchange form on the back of your delivery note that came with the order. Please indicate if you would like an exchange or a refund.
- Mail the item(s) to Returns Department, Drop Dead, Osborn Works, 4A Rutland Road, Sheffield, S3 8DG, UK. Please note: you will need to pay the postage costs, however if you are sending it back for another item, there will be no further delivery costs to pay.
- Once we receive the package we will deal with your request for an exchange or refund and we will keep you up-dated via email on the progress of your request.
RETURNING MY ORDER TO SHEFFIELD AND LONDON STORES
You can now return any purchases you have made here on our website at either our London or Sheffield Store. Please bring the credit/debit card that the order was placed with, along with the returns sheet that you received . We are sorry but we are unable to give you a cash refund for online purchases. However, you can exchange the item for items of the same value.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
- Once we have received your return we will process this within 1-2 business days and your exchange will be shipped out to you. You package will be sent out to you on our standard delivery service. See delivery info here
- You will receive an email with your new order number and confirmation that your new order has been despatched.
- Once your order has been received at our warehouse we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. Your refund may take up to 5-7 business days after to show in your account, this is dependant on your issuing bank and we have no control over this.
