UK Tracked - This service is delivered by Royal Mail and is sent on a tracked 24 service by default, Royal Mail aim to deliver these within 24 hours but this in not guaranteed so this service has a delivery time of 1-4 working days. The processing time will be determined by volume of orders but we aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them between Monday & Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following week.

UK Shipping Next Day - This is delivered by DPD, all orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday will be delivered the following day. If ordered after 2pm on a Friday this will be delivered on the following Monday/Tuesday

Click & Collect (SHEFFIELD HQ) - This service can be used to collect your order directly from our Sheffield Warehouse, Once you have ordered you will be emailed with further instructions.The processing time will be determined by volume of orders but we aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them between Monday & Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following week.

International

Standard Tracked - This service is a postal service and will be delivered by your local post office. Certain countries will impose their own customs & duty fee's. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following week.

Express Shipping - This service is delivered DHL. Certain countries will impose their own customs & duty fee's. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following week.

Tracked (ALL IMPORT TAX PAID) - This service is delivered to you by the local courier service in your country. This means you are able to track your order multiple times throughout a shipment. On this service there will be no extra duties or customs fee's as this is paid by us to the shipment company.
